Advanced Oncology Associates, located at the Providence Cancer Center was the provider of choice for Alaskan Olympian Kikkan Randall when she was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2018. Kikkan Randall was an inspiration to women across Alaska and the US with her commitment to running from home to treatment and back each day.

Since retiring from competitive Nordic Skiing, Kikkan had moved away from Alaska with her husband and son, but chose to return to Alaska for treatment for the world-class cancer care offered at Advanced Oncology Associates (AOA) and the vast resources of Providence Cancer Center.
